Lots of small streets hidden down even smaller streets (but some how the Italians still drive 70 down them), but sometimes those are the streets that you need to find. They are so helpful and convenient. You don't have to worry about them if you are out sightseeing and it starts to rain because the water just beads up and runs off. They are small so that you can fit them easily into a purse or fanny pack and they don't weigh a lot.
